Return and Refund Policy

At SindhVerse, we are committed to providing high-quality products and experiences. This policy outlines the rules for returns, refunds, and cancellations for our merchandise and historical tours.

Our goal is to be transparent and fair. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Merchandise (Comics & Merchandises)

This section covers all items sold under our “Shrutiya” (comics) and “Avshesh” (merchandise) collections, including T-shirts, backpacks, etc.

We Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives broken, torn, or with a significant printing error.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product, size, or color that is different from what you ordered.

Process for Damaged or Wrong Items:

  1. You must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at sindhverse@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos showing the damage or the wrong item.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you free one-time exchange for the correct item (for wrong size/item received).

We DO NOT Accept Refunds For:

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts on every apparel page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these charts before purchasing. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges if the size is not a good fit.

All sales are considered final except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Historical Tours (Vedanauts)

This section covers all bookings for our historical tours and experiences.

Cancellation by You (The Customer)

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for tour cancellations is as follows:

  • Full Refund (minus processing fee): Not applicable.
  • 90% Refund: If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour’s start date.
  • 50% Refund: If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the tour’s start date.
  • No Refund: If you cancel less than 15 days before the tour’s start date.
  • No Refund: For failing to show up for the tour (“no-show”).

Cancellation by Us (SindhVerse)

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour (such as natural disasters, political instability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances), we promise the following:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.
  • We will provide you with a full 100% refund of the amount you paid for the tour.
  • Where possible, we will also offer you alternative options, such as joining a different tour or rescheduling for a future date.

Please Note: Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booking itself. We are not responsible for any other personal expenses you may have incurred, such as non-refundable flight or train tickets.
