These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SindhVerse website (sindhverse.in), including all services, products, and content provided by SindhVerse (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
SindhVerse is a platform dedicated to celebrating Indian history through independent comic books (Shrutiya), Merchandise (Avshesh), and curated historical tours (Vedanauts). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SindhVerse.
Use of the Website
Eligibility: Our content, especially our comics, is designed for audiences aged 5 and above. However, to make a purchase or create an account on this website, you must be at least 18 years old or be using the site with the direct involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse this website or its services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: using the site for any unlawful purpose; submitting false or misleading information; uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code; infringing upon our intellectual property rights; and harassing, abusing, or insulting any person through the platform. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of these prohibited uses.
General Conditions of Sale
Product Information: We strive to provide accurate product images, size charts, and descriptions. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: We utilize secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). By purchasing, you agree to the terms of our payment partners.
Section A: Comic Books (Shrutiya) & Merchandise (Avshesh)
This section applies to the purchase of all physical goods.
Refunds – Damaged Products Only: A full refund will only be issued for products that are delivered in a damaged condition (e.g., torn, broken, or with significant printing defects).
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at ‘sindhverse@gmail.com’ within 7 days of receiving the item.
Your request must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Upon verification, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges – Incorrect Size or Wrong Item: We understand mistakes can happen. For apparel, we strongly advise consulting the size chart on the product page before ordering.
If you receive a different size than you ordered, or a completely wrong item, we will offer a one-time exchange for the correct product.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us at ‘sindhverse@gmail.com’ within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and a photo of the item received.
No refunds will be provided for incorrect size selection.
No Returns/Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about a product, as each item is created specifically for your order.
Section B: Historical Tours (Vedanauts)
This section applies specifically to the booking of our historical tours.
Cancellation by the Customer: Our cancellation policy is based on Indian travel industry standards to ensure fairness to both you and our partners.
Cancellation more than 30 days before tour departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before tour departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation less than 15 days before tour departure: No refund will be provided.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for the tour will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and is not eligible for any refund.
Cancellation by SindhVerse: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political instability).
In the event of a cancellation by us, we are liable to provide you with a full 100% refund.
We will also provide alternative options, such as re-booking for a future tour date, where possible.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for any other personal expenses you may have incurred, such as non-refundable flight or train tickets.
Participant Responsibility: Your safety and enjoyment are paramount. By booking a tour, you agree:
To follow the instructions and guidance of the tour leader at all times.
That you are responsible for your own personal belongings, travel documents, and health.
To act in a manner that is respectful to fellow participants and the cultural sites we visit. SindhVerse reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour for behavior that is disruptive or dangerous, without any refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, characters, stories, artwork, graphics, logos, merchandise designs, and tour itineraries featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of SindhVerse. This includes, but is not limited to, the “Shrutiya” comics and the “Vedanauts” tour concepts. This property is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our original content without our express written permission.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SindhVerse’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
